Khôl takes a new, much more pop direction with this little album. Here, Khôl has chosen to entrust the arrangements to Benjamin Cahen (arranger of Laura Cahen, Simon Goldin...) who knew how to color and highlight his music with modern and brilliant colors, even disco! Shimmering synthesizers, wide and deep sounds, light percussion... not to mention superb string arrangements! We also encounter the voice purely and simply a cappella (which is reminiscent of the work of the artist Camille...) There is therefore a very varied universe in this great EP, and a lot of poetry, of sweetness. The CD object is the result of a magnificent collaboration between a photographer full of poetry (Christine Pascal) and an illustrator set designer all in femininity and delicacy (Lydie Misak). It is therefore a resolutely poetic, soft and luminous little album that Khôl offers us. As vast as his pleasure is in sharing it on stage.
